摘要异步轧制是一种上下轧辊速度不对称的轧制,在板材的生产中有着广泛的应用。本文利用二辊异步试验轧机对IF钢进行了多道次异步轧制,并对轧制后的IF钢试样进行金相实验、显微硬度测试和拉伸实验,研究和分析了单道次变形率对异步轧制IF钢的变化规律。同时,应用了MSC.Superform建立多道次异步轧制模型,进行有限元模拟,得到不同单道次变形率异步轧制的等效应变和变形后的网格,研究其变化规律。研究表明,单道次变形率增加时,IF钢的抗拉强度增加;单道次变形率较大时,IF钢的显微硬度较大;IF钢等效应变随着单道次变形率的增加而增加。43170

Effect of reduction per pass on the mechanical properties and microstructure of IF steel processed after asymmetric rolling
ABSTRACT
Asymmetric rolling (ASR) in which the speed of two work rollers is different, has been widely used in the production of sheet. To investigate the effect of different reduction per pass on mechanical properties and microstructure of IF steel during ASR, IF steel were processed using experimental asymmetric rolling mill with different reduction per pass.Meanwhile,using MSC.Superform establish asymmetric rolling model,and get effective strain of different reduction per pass to study the change rule.The research shows that the tensile strength of IF steel increases with the increase of the single pass deformation rate, and the micro hardness of IF steel is larger when the single pass deformation rate is larger, the effect of IF steel increases with the increase of the single pass deformation rate.
