摘要随着互联网的普及以及电子商务行业的飞速发展,网上购物已经逐渐成为很多消费群体所青睐的消费模式。淘宝网作为国内最重要的电子商务交易平台,其用户及淘宝店铺的数量正在不断增长。越来越多的淘宝店铺开始运营,但在界面设计装修方面却无法有效地提高用户体验。所以如何进行有效适合的淘宝店铺客户界面设计装修成了淘宝店铺提升用户购物体验的第一步。本文利用文献调查,总结了客户界面设计的基础理论、客户界面设计中关注的要素以及国内外网上店铺客户界面设计装修的研究。通过问卷调查法以及深度访谈法对用户进行调查,了解影响用户购物体验的因素。最后将上述理论研究与调查结果相结合,利用案例分析法运用于实践操作之中,为淘宝店铺提供有参考价值的建议对策,实现有效的店铺装修设计指导作用。58265
With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce industry, online shopping has gradually become favored consumption for many consumer group patterns. As the most important platform for e-commerce transactions, the number of users and shop is growing in Taobao. More and more Taobao shop begun operations, but they can’t effectively improve the user experience in interface design. So how to effectively fit Taobao shop customer interface design became the first step to enhance the shopping experience for the user. In this paper, literature survey is use to summarize the basic theory of the customer interface design, concerns about the customer interface design elements as well as research of domestic and foreign customers shop online interface design. Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews conducted user surveys to understand the factors affecting the user shopping experience. Finally, the above findings and theoretical studies combined use case analysis used in practical operation, it offers a valuable reference for the proposal and countermeasures effectively.
