摘要：本课题是南安市柳湖公园总体景观规划，其规模较大，项目总占地面积19.5公顷。实际该设计项目的基地位于福建省南安市,是南安市重要的景观地段和城市开放空间，是未来城市在滨水区域结合的中心区域，将成为城市未来的核心。设计应结合国内外先进的设计理念，发挥和利用滨水的自然生态资源优势和特色，创造充满朝气活力、自然和谐之美的生态滨水公园。建成后的生态公园应兼具生态调节功能和景观功能，为人们提供文化、休闲、娱乐、健身等多功能服务。公园应规划设计需考虑文化传承、功能合理、生态优先、保留特色和满足当代人生活游憩休闲的需要。设计内容是所有的环境内容，包括总体规划设计及交通、竖向、植物、建筑小品、园路及铺装、夜景灯光、水电等单项规划设计。设计的最终目的既是为了满足人类的活动，也是为了人类与自然更和谐的相处。城市滨水区是城市中最重要的开放空间，城市滨水区绿地的设计,除了给人类提供亲近自然的场地以外,也应该意识到滨水环境的生态重要性,只有在遵循生态规律的基础上,应用艺术原理作指导,才能建设出理想的滨水绿带,达到人类与自然地和谐共处的目的。20195
