Chinese scholars became increasingly attaches great importance to the interaction between teachers and students’ development and the important value of education in the late 1980s, especially since the 1990s. Ye Zi thought that the structure of the interaction between teachers and students includes subject, basis and conditions, process and result. Scholar Wang Gujin (1997) used system engineering analysis method to analyze teachers, students and teaching material composition teaching activities, and formed the model of classroom interaction between teachers and students.
II. Current Problem and Significance of Teacher-student Interactive Teaching
2.1 The Present Situation of Middle School
At present, the junior high school English class is still dominated by the traditional language teaching. As a dominant role, teacher always overlooks the participation of the students in the classroom. This makes the students in a passive position, and students rarely have the opportunity to speak in English class” (Wei Dongqin 192). However, the new curriculum standard advocates the study idea of cooperation and exchanges, and the cooperation and communication in classroom teaching is mainly implemented by class discussion. In traditional English teaching, teachers only pay attention to impart knowledge while ignore the students’ emotion and creativity (Hu Xiaojin 88-89). Therefore, even after several years of language study, students are still not very fluent in English communication, which is not only greatly affected confidence and enthusiasm of learners to actively participate in classroom activities, but also brought great difficulties for teaching.
