该文主要围绕H面波导双工器的设计展开,在逐步分析了滤波器的原理与设计流程、T接头的匹配方式以及膜片的原理与应用等相关内容后,针对具体的课题内容,设计了一款中心频率为73.5GHz和83.5GHz的H面波导频带双工器。其中,滤波器部分采用半波长传输线作为微波谐振腔,T接头部分采用膜片与金属圆柱相结合的匹配方式。
此外,本课题主要借助HFSS软件与Visual C++软件,HFSS软件用于建模与仿真,Visual C++软件用于编程计算。

Title H-Plane Waveguide Diplexer For 80GHz
Abstract
The diplexer is a kind of three-port passive microwave devices which are widely used in communication field, and its role is to pide an input signal into two output signals or combine two input signals into one output. Waveguide diplexer received widespread attention because of its simple structure and easy to realize.
The paper focuses on the design of H-plane waveguide diplexer, after gradually analyzing the principle and design processes of filter, the matching method of T-connection, the application of diaphragm and some other related content, according, a H-plane waveguide band diplexer design with center frequencies of 73.5GHz and 83.5GHz is designed in this paper. Among them, the filter part uses a half-wavelength transmission line as a microwave resonant cavity and adopts the shunt connection as a inverted converter, the T-joint part uses the combination of diaphragms and the metal cylinder as a way of matching.
In addition, this topic mainly uses the softwares of HFSS and Visual C++, HFSS software is used for modeling and simulating, Visual C++ software is used for the programming and calculating.
with other softwares, it is decided that: Use software Flash to achieve figurativeness, and use Matlab for computing and designing GUI, and finally combine the two kinds of software, and ultimately achieve the expected requirements.
