摘要道路交通复杂多变,特别是在自然光线处于不足的状态下,要想得到足够清晰的图像信息,就需要人为加上另外一个光源。车辆迎面行驶向车牌检测系统的时候,背景光十分暗,然而车灯却能够发出相对较强的光,从而导致探测系统的光饱和而使得在逆光条件下,获得的图片质量受到严重的影响。所以强逆光条件下的车牌探测系统就需要被提出并设计。
而本次设计就是为了解决这个问题。此次设计首先通过补偿光源的方式解决了强逆光条件下照片的拍摄,然后通过软件处理,完成了包括车牌定位,字符分割,字符识别等功能,取得了一定的成果,基本能够解决逆光条件下车牌号码的获得。64895

Title Number of license plate recognition of strong backlight condition
Abstract Road traffic is complicated, especially in the natural light is insufficient.if a clear enough picture is in need, a another light source must be added. When vehicle driving to license plate detection system, background light is very dark, but light of cars can emit strong light, resulted in detection system and the light saturation under backlight conditions, the picture quality was affected by the situation. So this system is in need.
This design is to solve the situation。compensation light source is added to get picture under strong backlighting condition,and than software is used, including the completion of the license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition function, and a certain results is achieve this time.
