本文的主要工作是在分析红外焦平面阵列探测器测试需求的基础上,通过自行设计的测试系统,我们能够得到各个像元的响应电压数据,通过它们来研究响应特性。
本文首先从红外焦平面阵列探测器的输出信号采集以及性能参数测试两方面进行分析和研究,然后基于虚拟仪器技术设计和实现了红外焦平面阵列探测器测试系统。主要模块包括红外信号源、红外焦平面阵列探测器、信号调理模块、采集控制模块和数据处理模块。测试系统的硬件设计基于PXI总线结构,软件设计采用LabWindows/CVI模块化的编程方式。
然后,通过测得的数据来研究测试非制冷红外焦平面阵列探测器光电响应关系及影响因素(主要有面源黑体和环境温度,黑体辐射孔径,焦平面像元面积,黑体出射孔至焦平面像元面垂直距离)和分析不同环境条件(环境温度)对非制冷红外焦平面阵列探测器响应的影响。通过分析指出,选择合适的面源黑体温度和环境温度,我们能够获得好的响应特性,从而获得清晰图像。

Abstract
Infrared focal plane array detector is an infrared detection system and an infrared thermal imaging device key components, it is widely used in military and civilian fields, has great application and development prospects. The parameters of the test system performance, especially in response characteristics are very important.
The main work is in the analysis of infrared focal plane array detector test requirements, based on the test system through self-designed, we can get the response of each pixel voltage data, through which to study the response characteristics.
Firstly, from the infrared focal plane array detector output signal acquisition and performance testing two aspects of analysis and research, and then based on virtual instrument technology design and implementation of an infrared focal plane array detector test system. Main modules including infrared sources, infrared focal plane array detectors, signal conditioning modules, data acquisition and control module and processing module. The hardware design of the test system based on PXI bus architecture, software design using LabWindows / CVI modular programming.
Then, the measured data to study the test uncooled infrared focal plane array detector photoelectric response relationships and influencing factors (the main area blackbody and ambient temperature blackbody radiation aperture, focal-plane pixel size, bold exit aperture to the focal plane pixel perpendicular distance) and the analysis of different environmental conditions (ambient temperature) for uncooled infrared focal plane array detector response. Through analysis pointed out that choosing the right area blackbody temperature and the ambient temperature, we were able to get a good response characteristics to obtain a clear image.
