摘 要:传感器是工业技术和科学研究的“耳目”,是高度自动化系统乃至现代尖端技术必不可少的关键组成部分。传感器信号检测技术是信息时代的关键技术之一,它是获取准确可靠信息的重要手段。在传感器信号检测中,通常将传感器信号转换为标准电压信号,以作为数据采集系统可识别的输入信号。基于这一原理,设计了霍尔传感器阵列测量系统。系统设计过程如下:首先对平面电机Halbach二维永磁阵列排布以及磁场模型进行分析,从而得出霍尔传感器的阵列排布图,为后面的设计打下理论基础。然后开始设计传感器信号检测的硬件部分,制作两个PCB板,分别为传感器信号输出板和传感器信号放大滤波处理板。最后通过研华公司出品的PCI_1716数据采集卡将传感器的信号采集出来。54713

Abstract:Sensor is industrial technology and scientific researchs’ "eyes and ears".It is essential to modern and even a key component of the development of the world competing for the high— tech.Sensor-Signals detection technology is one of the key technology of imformation era.It is a singificient mean to obtain accurate and reliable information.In the area of Sensor-Signals detection technology,it is usually to be used to transfer Sensor-Signal to Normal-Voltage signal,considered as the input singal of Data Acquisition System. Based on this principle,i have designed Hall sensor array measurement system,designing system as follows:
Firstly,we shouled analyse the planar motor’s two dimensional permanent magnet array and the magnetic field model to get Hall-Sensor array distribution chart,laying the foundation for further design.Secondly,we begin to design the hardware part of Sensor-Signal detection,making two PCB,output of Sensor-Signal mode and Amplifying and filtering processing mode.Last but not least,we should acquire the signal data from Amplifying and filtering processing mode by PCI_1716.
