摘要屈光度是光学镜片中一个极其重要的光学参数,是现在全世界上通用的镜片折射能力大小的单位。为了更好更快地测量镜片屈光度,本论文主要研究了一种新的镜片屈光度的测量方法。43617
本论文首先研究了镜片屈光度测量的原理,对屈光度测量的四步移相法,解包裹算法,光栅偏折原理和基于球镜度的镜片屈光度算法四个核心部分进行论述,得出了镜片屈光度与偏折距离成正比的关系。之后研究了光栅偏折原理在实验过程中的实现方法,并且编写了Matlab图像处理程序。最后,基于实验结果和图像处理程序的基础下,完成对于屈光度的测量。研究结果表明,利用光栅偏折进行镜片屈光度测量,可以达到精度要求,并且实现了一种非接触式测量。

Title Research on the Diopter Measurement of Lens Based on Grating Deflection Theory
Abstract
Diopter is one of the most important parameter of optical lens and it is also the standard of ability of deflectometry on lens commonly used in the world. In order to measure the diopter of lens better and faster, this thesis did research on a new method to measure the diopter.
Firstly, this thesis studied the principle of measuring the diopter of lens and discussed the four-step phase shift method, unwrapped-phase algorithm, grating deflection theory and the method of diopter measuring based on spherical degree, which are the four key parts of measuring diopter,and got the relationship that diopter of lens is proportional to the deflection distance. Then the thesis studied the way of experiment based on grating deflection theory and programmed the image processing program on Matlab. Finally, we accomplished the diopter measuring under the basis of experimental results and image processing program. The result showed that using grating deflection theory to measure diopter can meet the requirement of accuracy, and it can accomplish an untouched measuring way.
