摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对宿迁市部分游泳馆游泳社会体育指导员的现状进行了调查和分析。主要目的在于了解宿迁市游泳社会体育指导员的学历、年龄、证书情况和相关能力现状。结果表明:目前游泳馆中游泳社会体育指导员具有年轻、教育状况良好、专业性良好等特点,对于游泳社会体育指导员的能力和从业时间等方面还是有所欠缺,游泳社会体育指导员的来源方面也比较随便;建立资格认证和培训制度是保证和促进我国游泳社会体育指导员良性发展的必要措施,也是提高我国游泳社会体育指导员市场的信誉程度和规范化水平的必经之路;而提供优质放心的服务是保证游泳社会体育指导员长远生存发展的重要条件。65663
