摘要近年来，我国当代专业运动员的负面新闻层出不穷，不但破坏了专业运动员作为社会榜样健康向上的社会公众形象，而且还带来了极大地社会负面影响。笔者研究后发现，是我国当代专业运动员的职业素养出现了问题。职业素养作为每一个社会工作者都需要具备的素养，是与每一个人都息息相关的，专业运动员也比例外。但是，专业运动员因为自身拥有的特殊性，所以也有其自身特有的职业素养。笔者通过一般职业道德视角下、体育精神本质要求下、市场经济条件下、社会责任角度下四个方面概括了作为一个专业运动员，我国当代专业运动员所应该具备的职业素养。其次，通过文献资料法、逻辑推理法、定性分析法等方法对我国当代专业运动员出现的职业素养问题进行了研究和分析。最后提出了个人方面、所属组织方面、媒体监督方面和国家宏观监管方面四个方面的解决对策，并希望能改善我国当代专业运动员职业素养问题层出不穷的现状。44302

Abstract In recent years, China's contemporary professional athletes of negative news emerge in endlessly, not only undermines the professional athletes as an example to social health upward social public image, but also brought negative social influence greatly. The author studies and found that is our country contemporary professional quality problems of professional athletes. Professional quality as every social workers need to have the quality, is closely related to every one, outside the professional athletes also proportion. However, professional athletes because of the particularity of its own, so also has its own professional quality. The author through general ethical perspective, sports spirit essence request, under the condition of market economy, social responsibility Angle under four aspects summarized as a professional athlete, China's contemporary professional athletes should have professional quality. Secondly, through the literature material method, logic method, the qualitative analysis method such as the professional quality problems in the contemporary professional athletes in China were studied and analyzed. Finally puts forward the personal aspects, organisation, media supervision and the national macroscopic regulation four aspects of the solution, and hope to be able to improve our country the status quo of contemporary professional athletes professional quality problems emerge in endlessly.
