摘要:烟草是一种重要的经济作物,烟丝中含水率直接影响到卷烟的感官评吸质量为了减少烟丝对环境中相对湿度的敏感性,提高烟叶中水分含量的稳定性,开发有效的保润阻湿剂具有深远的意义。通过适当添加双向保润剂,可以提高烟丝的耐加工性和耐储存性。本文通过测试复配双向保润添加剂对烟丝的保润性能,致力于开发一种新型的双向保润剂。37712
首先通过研究温度对烟丝在高湿、低湿环境下含水率达到平衡状态的影响,确定了烟用保润剂保湿性能的测试方法和标准。根据不同保润剂保润原理的差异,分别对脂肪烃类保润剂和多糖类保润剂在烟丝中的保润效果进行评估,表明:脂肪烃类保润剂对烟丝具有较好的双向保润效果,且保润性能随着碳链的增长和分子空间结构的增大而提高,其中类脂GY的双向保润性能较好;多糖类保润剂具有一定的保润性,但阻湿性不好,代表性物质为多糖C。通过将两类物质复配添加,利用其协同效应,可以达到更好的保润效果。当类脂GY和多糖C以添加比例1.0%/0.1%复配时,可以获得理想的保润效果。
最后,通过感官评吸实验验证复配保润剂对烟丝评吸舒适度的影响,表明当类脂GY添加量在1.0%,多糖C添加量在0.1%时,烟丝样品表现出较好的柔和性,卷烟的香气质和量均有一定的提升,使得烟气的协调性、细腻程度更好。

New bidirection embellish agent development research of cigarette
Abstract:Tobacco is an important cash crop, the moisture content of tobacco in cigarettes directly affect the quality of sensory evaluation. To reduce the sensitivity of tobacco to environmental moisture and improve the stability of the moisture content of the tobacco itself, the development of suitable humectants has an important significance.
First of all, by exploring the temperature on equilibrium moisture content of tobacco both in high humidity and low humidity environment, the test methods and standards were determined to value the performance of tobacco humectants. Adding the appropriate bidirectional humectants could improve the workability and storage stability of the tobacco. Through testing compound tobacco bidirectional humectants on performance, the humectant with best water binding capacity was developed. The results showed that aliphatic hydrocarbons humectants for tobacco had a good retention of water, and the effect increased with longer carbon chain and larger molecular spatial structure, which showed the lipid derivatives (GY) was the best. Polysaccharide humectants had some hygroscopicity, but were not good in moisture proof. By Consisting of two kinds additives, the synergies could be achieved by complementary advantages. When lipid derivatives GY and polysaccharide C were added in the ratio of 1.0% / 0.1%, the capacity of water holding was best.

Finally, sensory evaluation experiments were set to test the effects of the new humectants on the sensory quality. Which showed that when the amount of lipid GY was 1.0% of the tobacco weight and the amount of polysaccharide B was 0.1% of the tobacco weight, the cigarette had a high sensory quality and a good water holding capacity, too. The humectants could improve taste, reduce the irritation and weaken dry sense.
