摘要：2015年3月至4月，笔者对常州最大的水产市场上常见的贝类及甲壳类水产品进行了调查分析。通过走访调查及采集照片,收集水产品种共19种，其中贝类共10种，隶属3纲6目6科；甲壳类9种，隶属于甲壳纲1目6科。本研究还对这19种常见水产品的学名、拉丁名、俗名、分类地位、生活习性、养殖状况及形态特征等方面进行了总结和归纳，并阐述了我国贝类、甲壳类养殖业的现状以及未来的发展趋势。68665

Abstract：From March to April of 2015, the author investigated common shellfishes and crustaceans in the largest aquatic market of Changzhou. Through investigation and photo-taking, a total of 19 aquatic species were collected. Among these organisms, there were 10 shellfishes distributing in 3 classes, 6 orders and 6 families, the rest 9 species were crustaceans belonging to 1 order and 6 families of the crustacean class. In this paper, the scientific, Latin and common names, as well as classification status, living habits, cultivation conditions and morphologic characters of the 19 aquatic species were studied. Moreover, present aquaculture status and the future development trend of shellfishes and crustaceans were also discussed.

1.前言
目前，世界上贝类和甲壳类养殖总产量约有四分之三产自亚洲，亚洲地区所占的比例非常庞大。我国海岸线曲折，跨越热带、亚热带和温带三大气候带，贝类和甲壳类资源丰富，适合养殖业发展。如今我国已成为世界上贝类和甲壳类养殖大国，养殖产量和产品价格与其他国家相比较具有明显的优势[1]。但是近年来，由于人类活动的影响，大量外来贝类、甲壳类水产品进入我国水产品市场，市场上水产品种类发生了很大变化，导致消费者对现在市场上常见的贝类和甲壳类的种类组成模糊不清，对它们的分类依据也没有一个系统概括分析。笔者希望可以通过本课题的研究，使人们对现在常见的可食用贝类及甲壳类能够进行充分的认识。论文网
