摘 要: 本试验以淮麦33等5个小麦品种为材料,测定不同小麦品种幼苗在盐胁迫下的有些生理指标和形态指标,研究不同小麦品种幼苗的抗盐特性。结果表明:当2.0%NaCl浓度胁迫下,淮麦33的地上部分的鲜重和干重以及地下部分的干重达到最高值,同时根系活力,POD活性和细胞质外渗率也达到最高值,与淮麦20相比分别高了20.65%、12.01%、2.38%、69.41%、40.73%和12.21%,淮麦33的丙二醛含量达到最低值,与淮麦20相比低了41.00%。而地下部分的鲜重,叶绿素和SOD活性则有些偏低,与淮麦20相比低了19.20%、18.22%和69.64%。65913

Abstract: In this experiment, some physiological indicators and morphological index were determined in Huaimai 33 and five wheat varieties under salt stress and to study the characteristics of resistance salt of some wheat varieties seedlings were studied. The results showed that the fresh weight and dry weight of seedling and the dry weight of roots was reached the peak in Huaimai 33 after treatment with 2.0% NaCl concentration. Meanwhile the root vigor, the POD activity and cytoplasm leakage rate also was reached higher level. They were increased by 20.65%, 12.01%, 2.38%, 69.41%, 40.73% and 12.21% in Huaimai 33 than in Huaimai 20 respectively. The MDA content was decreased 41.00%. While the fresh weight of roots, chlorophyll content and SOD activity was decreased by 19.20%, 18.22% and 69.64% in Huaimai 33 than in Huaimai 20 respectively.

1 前言
小麦是小麦属植物的总称,是一种在世界各地广泛栽培的禾本科植物,发源于中东地区,是世界上最早种植的农作物之一,小麦的颖果是人类的主食之一,磨成面粉后可制作面包、馒头、包子、面条等食物;发酵后可制成啤酒、酒精或生质燃料。小麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素A及维生素C等。小麦是世界上总产量排名第二的粮食作物,仅低于玉米,而稻米则排第三名[1]。2006 年在我国,小麦的栽培面积占到禾谷类作物的27. 9%[2,3]。如何提高幼苗的素质及抵抗逆境能力,是小麦高产稳产的前提。在生产实践中,往往由于不良外界环境因子的影响,而达不到理想的效果。论文网
