摘 要:在各种神经退行性疾病中氧化应激被认为是细胞损伤的一个主要原因。Isocampneoside II(ICD)是从药用硬木泡桐属中分离出来的一种活跃的苯乙醇苷。本实验旨在探讨ICD对过氧化氢诱导的体外培养的大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤(PC12)细胞氧化应激和细胞凋亡的保护作用。结果显示ICD能降低细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和活性氧(ROS)水平,增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,并且ICD能抑制过氧化氢诱导的细胞凋亡和Bax/Bcl-2比值。这些结果表明ICD可以被认为是一个潜在的抗氧化剂,存在一定的神经保护作用,应鼓励在神经退行性疾病方面作进一步研究。54246

Abstract: Oxidative stress has been considered as a major cause of cell damage in various neurodegenerative disorders. Isocampneoside II (ICD) is an active phenylethanoid glycoside isolated from the medicinal hardwood genus Paulownia. This study was designed to explore its protective role in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced oxidative in cultured rat pheochromcytoma (PC12) cells. The results showed ICD enhanced activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase, and decreased levels of malondialdehyde and intracellular ROS. Furthermore, ICD inhibited cell apoptosis and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio induced by H2O2. These findings suggested ICD may be consider
-ed as a potential antioxidant agent and has certain effect neuroprotection, so we should encourage for further research in neurodegenerative diseases.

1 引言
1.1 泡桐的种类和分布
泡桐属(拉丁文:Paulownia Sieb. et Zucc.)多为落叶乔木,热带为常绿。[3]该属共7种,均产中国,除东北北部、内蒙古、新疆北部、西藏等地区外全国均有分布。玄参科泡桐属植物,全属共有7种,分别是白花泡桐[P.fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.],毛泡桐[P.tomentosa(Thunb.)Steud.],兰考泡桐(P.elongata S.Y.Hu),椒叶泡桐(P.catalpifolia Gong Tong),台湾泡桐(P.kawakamii Ito),川泡桐(P.fargesii Franch.)和南方泡桐(P.australis Gong Tong),光泡桐[P.tomentosa var. tsinlingensis(Pai)Gong Tong]是毛泡桐的变种。[1]
