摘要:目的:探究盐酸二甲双胍对果蝇寿命及繁殖能力的影响。方法:首先在水果摊附近抓取果蝇,用乙醚使其活动能力受限,以便于平均分装到设定浓度的盐酸二甲双胍的培养基中,在30℃恒温条件下培养,记录果蝇的死亡数量;在探索影响果蝇繁殖能力试验中,选择年龄相同且未交配的果蝇,乙醚处理后辨别雌雄,每瓶分装6对并进行常温培养,观察其蛹化的数量,且进行记录。结果:30℃下,处理组最长寿命分别为14天,对照组最长寿命是8天,0.01mg/g组效果最突出;常温下,处理组果蝇产卵数与对照组基本相当,结论:热胁迫下盐酸二甲双胍有助于野生果蝇寿命的延长,但常温下对其生殖能力的影响不明显。49878

The Effect of Metformin hydrochloride on the Life-span and Reproductive Capacity of Drosophila
Abstract: Objective: To explore the metformin hydrochloride effects on drosophila longevity and the ability to reproduce. Method: collecting wild fruit flies, with ether anesthesia, amount of partial shipments with different concentrations of metformin hydrochloride in the solid medium, under the condition of high temperature stress training and record flies number of survival; Flies the synchronization process, select the pupation, eight hours not mating flies ether anesthesia to identify male and female, after each 3 for repackaging and room temperature, the number and speed, observe its pupation and record. Results: 30 ℃, the treatment group compared with control group, the longest life expectancy is about 14 d and 10 d, treatment group of fruit flies a long life, small dose group (0.01 mg/g) effect is the most obvious; Under normal temperature, the treatment group of fruit flies spawning number less than the control group, high-dose group (1 mg/g) is the most obvious effect. Conclusion: metformin hydrochloride under heat stress can prolong the life of wild fruit flies, but under the normal temperature had no significant effect on its reproductive capacity

盐酸二甲双胍对热胁迫下果蝇寿命及生殖能力的影响 引言 果蝇(Drosophila),脊椎动物,昆虫纲,双翅目,果蝇科昆虫的统称。成年虫子个体较小,长仅3~4毫米。身体多为淡黄色,眼睛大多数是红色。成虫喜在腐烂水果和发酵物周围和产卵[1],卵细长,白色。果蝇容易饲养(一般可用腐烂香蕉、或梨效果很好),生活周期较短,约2周,一般能发生突变性状。3龄幼虫的唾液腺细胞内有巨大染色体,比其他部分细胞中的染色体约大100倍,容易制成装片放在显微镜下观察[2,3]。果蝇多被用作遗传学的实验材料。果蝇是完全变态的双翅目昆虫,是生物学相关研究的重要模式生物之一[4]。其作为模式生物的主要优势是:操作简单、容易饲养、繁殖能力强、生命周期短等[5]。一般实验室均有使用。
