    摘要本文以银杏内生真菌为研究对象,以内生真菌的多样性和功能为方向,逐一研究,抓住不同菌株的特点功能进行详细分析。本文经过分子生物学方法、形态学特征进行分类鉴定,从银杏分离了40株内生真菌,其中半知菌亚门有25株真菌,子囊菌亚门有12株,担子菌门有3株。对上述菌株进行发酵,以小麦种子研究材料,研究银杏内生真菌对小麦种子萌发的实验,包括GR(发芽率),GP(发芽势),GI(发芽指数),MGT(平均发芽天数)。结果表明:菌株JSYX49可明显提高小麦种子的GR、GP和GI,并降低种子的MGT,其中GR(发芽率)为76.68 %、GP(发芽势)为18.45 %、GI(发芽指数)为3.24,显著高于对照组;MGT(平均发芽天数)为5.7d,显著低于对照组。49207

    Preliminary studies on the persity and function of Endophytic Fungi from Ginkgo biloba in Jiangsu

    Abstract The strains which could produce Bilobalide through microbial transformation were screened. The results of the study were as follows : The separation of 40 strains of endophytic fungi from the different part of Ginkgo biloba L.,  there are 25 strains were identified by ITS-rDNA and belonged to Deuteromycotina, 12 strains were belonged to Ascomycotina, 3 strains were identified belonged to Basidiomycota.These strains were used for fermentation, wheat seed research materials, research of endophytic fungi of Ginkgo biloba on wheat seed germination experiment, including germination rate, germination index, bud average number of days. The results showed that the strain JSYX49 could improve the wheat seed germination rate, germination rate and germination index, and reduce the seed germination of days on average, the germination rate was 76.68%, germination potential was 18.45% ,germination index was 3.24,  higher than the control group obviously; Average germination days was 5.7 d lower than the control group.
