    摘要:本实验通过盆栽试验对黄花月见草的生长条件进行探究,将铜污染土壤与细沙分别按照土沙比1:0、1:1、1:2、1:3、2:1和3:1混合均匀后培育黄花月见草,以期了解黄花月见草生长的耐贫瘠性;采用“3414”二次回归 D-最优设计的不完全正交回归设计氮磷钾肥用量,通过肥效效应回归方程分析氮、磷、钾肥对黄花月见草生长的影响,筛选出最适氮磷钾肥料配方。结果表明,黄花月见草具有较高的耐贫瘠性,土沙混合基质中土壤所占比例为50%-100%时可以满足黄花月见草的长期生长需求;混合基质中细沙比例大于50%时,肥力水平不能满足植株正常生长需求;土壤比例为50%的肥力为有机质含量16 g kg-1、碱解氮含量48 mg kg-1、速效磷含量5 mg kg-1、速效钾含量为80 mg kg-1左右,根据全国第二次土壤普查制定的土壤养分分级中属于4-5级养分低水平土壤。黄花月见草幼苗的栽培环境中氮磷钾肥最适比例为N:P:K=2.43:1:1.09,氮、磷、钾的最适基肥用量分别为372.69 mg kg-1、153.68 mg kg-1和167.65 mg kg-1。48426

    Study on the optimum amount of nitrogen,           phosphorus and potassium fertilizer and drought resistance of Oenothera glazioviana

    Abstract:In this experiment, pot experiments were conducted to investigate the growth conditions of Oenothera glazioviana, the copper contamination soil and sand respectively according to the 1:0、1:1、1:2、1:3、2:1 and 3:1 mixed to breed Oenothera glazioviana, to understand the barren tolerance of Oenothera glazioviana, using the "3414" two regression D- optimal design, the incomplete orthogonal regression design was applied to the amount of N, P and K fertilizer, the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the growth of Oenothera glazioviana was analyzed by the regression equation of fertilizer effect, aim to screen out fertilizer formulas. The results showed that the Oenothera glazioviana had higher barren tolerance, the proportion of sand soil mixed matrix accounted for 50%-100%, Sand mixing ratio matrix is greater than 50%, the fertility level can not meet the normal growth of plant; The soil fertility ratio is 50%,The content of organic matter-16 g kg-1、Nitrogen content-48 mg kg-1、The content of available phosphorus-5 mg kg-1、The content of available potassium-80 mg kg-1,according to the soil nutrient classification formulation of the second national soil survey in the low level of soil nutrients to 4-5 level.the fertility level can meet the long-term demand growth of yellow primrose. The optimum proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer was N:P:K=2.43:1:1.09 in the planting environment of Oenothera glazioviana seedlings, and the optimum amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were 372.69 mg kg-1, 153.68 mg kg-1 and 167.65 mg kg-1 respectively.
