But high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide can cause adverse effects to microorganisms, hinder the growth of microorganisms, in the experiment, we first determination of hydrogen sulfide lethal concentration of ganoderma lucidum, the philosophy is to join different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, observed in which concentration growth inhibition phenomenon, the concentration is the lethal concentration hydrogen sulfide, for as much as possible is close to the real lethal concentration, the concentration in the experiments, I set the ck respectively, 10, 50, 100, 200, the five concentration gradient, finally found ganoderma lucidum after join 200 umol/LNaHS growth significantly, so lethal concentration between 100-200 umol/L.

    Thermal stress and oxidative stress is common in the process of microbial growth factor, environment stress in this experiment, we mainly study the regulation role of hydrogen sulfide in the two kinds of stress.First studies the role of hydrogen sulfide in the fight against heat stress, in colony diameter of the experiments, the experimental group after join 100 umol/LNaHS to heat shock, we found that compared with the control group, experimental group colony diameter greater than the control group obviously, hydrogen sulfide can alleviate the impact of the thermal stress on ganoderma lucidum;For the determination of terpene again, before the heat shock to join NaHS as experimental group, after heat shock to join the same concentration as the control group, we found that the heat shock will cause the rise of ganoderma lucidum triterpenes content, and add hydrogen sulfide can reduce the content of triterpenoid, equivalent to alleviate the adverse impact of the thermal stress.

    Then we studied the role of hydrogen sulfide in the fight against oxidative stress, directly after joining H₂O₂ join NaHS is experimental group and to join before received the same concentration of naHS is control group, we found that the oxidative stress and thermal stress can lead to the rise of ganoderma lucidum triterpenes content, significantly lower than the control group and experimental group triterpenoid content the content of hydrogen sulfide to against the adverse effects of oxidative stress.
