    摘要系统研究森林土壤活性有机碳氮库对全球气候变化以及碳氮循环有重大的指导意义,可为科学评价庐山不同林地土壤活性有机碳、氮的差异性提供依据。本文选取庐山8种典型性森林植被类型下土壤为研究对象,通过野外采样与室内实验,测定并分析不同森林植被类型下0~20cm、20~40cm以及40~60cm土层的土壤理化特性、养分含量以及土壤活性有机碳、氮含量,比较不同林地土壤活性有机碳氮库的差异。结果表明:(1)不同林地土壤pH平均值为3.9~6.4,其中玉山竹林下土壤酸性最强。(2)随着土层厚度的增加,土壤湿度减少,容重增大,不同林地土壤湿度差异较大。(3)落叶阔叶林下土壤表层(0~20cm)全氮、全磷、全钾含量最多,黄山松林下土壤表层(0~20cm)有机质含量最多;土壤养分含量随着土层深度的增加发生锐减。(4)不同林地土壤活性有机碳、氮含量差异明显;同一林地DOC、DON含量随着土层的加深而明显减少;落叶阔叶林下表层(0~20cm)MBC含量最大;同一林地随着土层的加深,MBC、MBN含量急剧减少。42699

    Analysis on Differences Between Different Woodland Soil Active Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Pools in Lushan

    Abstract

     Researching on the soil active organic carbon and nitrogen has a guiding significance on global climate change and cycling between carbon and nitrogen. It can provide the references for the scientific assessment of different soil active organic carbon and nitrogen. The article selects 8 kinds of typical forest vegetation types of Lushan and analyses the physical and chemical properties of soil, nutrient content, soil active organic carbon and nitrogen content under different forest vegetation types of 0~20 cm, 20~40 cm and 40~60 cm through sampling and laboratory experiments. Comparing the differences on active organic carbon and nitrogen of different forest soil types. The results are as follows. (1) Different average soil pH ranges from 3.9 to 6.4, with soil under the bamboo forests being the most one. (2) With the increase of soil, soil humidity is reducing but bulk density is increasing. (3) Under the deciduous broad-leaved forest soil (0~20 cm), total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content are the most. The most soil organic matter content (0~20 cm) is under Pinus taiwanensis forests. With the increase of soil, the soil nutrient content decreases dramatically. (4) The differences between different soil active organic carbon, nitrogen content are obvious. With the deepening of soil, content of DOC and DON decrease significantly at the same forestland. Content of MBC on deciduous broad-leaved forest surface (0~20 cm) is the biggest. With the same woodland soil deepening, content of MBC, MBN decrease dramatically.
