    摘要:抗生素一直以来都是我国畜牧业生产中必不可少的一种饲料添加剂,用来防治动物疾病,提高经济效益。但同时也造成大量兽用抗生素流入生态环境中,在水体、土壤等环境中大量富集。有研究证明,环境中的抗生素一般能存在几个月以上,对植物的生长发育有一定影响。本实验以大豆为供试材料,研究不同浓度的四环素对大豆种子萌发及其生理的影响。结果表明:四环素对大豆种子萌发率没有显著影响。5~ 80mg/L四环素处理抑制了大豆的株高、根长、根鲜重和株鲜重,且根长抑制率大于株高抑制率。四环素胁迫处理7d后,大豆幼苗的MDA含量提高。5~80mg/L的四环素对大豆幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT酶活性均呈现不同程度的影响。实验结果说明,四环素对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长生理均有一定的影响,这说明抗生素对植物的生长发育的确有着抑制作用,有着不可忽视的生态风险。37245

    Effect of Tetracycline on the seed germination and physiological characteristics of Soybean
    Abstact: Antibiotic Production in China has always been an essential livestock feed additive, used to control animal diseases and improve economic efficiency. But this also cause a lot of veterinary antibiotics flowing into the ecological environment,such as water, soil and other environments. Studies have shown that antibiotics in the environment for several months or more generally, have a certain influence on the growth and development of plants.In this experiment,we use soybeans as materials to study the effect of different concentrations of tetracycline on seeds germination and physiology of sobean. The results showed that: Tetracycline have no significant effect on seed germination 5~80 mg/L Tetracycline treatment inhibited the soybean plant height, root length ,fresh weight and root growth.What’s more, the inhibition rate of root growth is greater than the height supperssing rate.After 7d Tetracycline stress treatment ,the MDA concentration of soybean seedlings increased . 5~ 80mg/L of tetracycline showed a different degree of effect on soybean seedling SOD, POD and CAT activity. Experimental results show that, tetracycline on seed germination and seedling growth had some physiological effect, suggesting antibiotics on plant growth and development does have inhibited ecological risk can not be ignored.
