    摘要:本文采用分光光度法研究了农贸市场不同大小鲫鱼鱼体中鱼鳃、鱼肉和内脏中重金属铁和铬的含量。分别采用邻菲罗啉与二价铁在pH为4.6溶液中生成橙红色配合物的显色反应测铁(λ=510nm)和二苯碳酰二肼与751价铬在碱性溶液中反应生成紫红色络合物的显色反应测铬(λ=540nm),它们的检测下限分别是0.003mg/L和0.015mg/L。线性范围分别是0.4μg/mL~2μg/mL和0.1μg/mL~2μg/mL。结果表明:体长为12.70cm的鲫鱼1中鱼肉含铁量为11.932 mg/kg、鱼鳃含铁量为17.404 mg/kg、鱼内脏的含铁量为40.616 mg/kg;体长为13.35cm的鲫鱼2中鱼肉含铁量为13.767mg/kg、鱼鳃含铁量为18.268 mg/kg、鱼内脏的含铁量为43.665 mg/kg。体长为12.45cm的鲫鱼3中鱼肉含铬量为0.212mg/kg、鱼鳃含铬量为0.428mg/kg、鱼内脏的含铬量为1.534 mg/kg;体长为14.35cm的鲫鱼4中鱼肉含铬量为0.324mg/kg、鱼鳃含铬量为0.671mg/kg、鱼内脏的含铬量为1.803 mg/kg。从中可以发现这样两个的规律:随着鱼体长的增加,随着鱼体长的增加,含铁和铬的量也会增加,其次,鱼体各部分铁或铬的含量大小依次为鱼内脏>鱼鳃>鱼肉。32844

    Analysis of heavy metals in fish body
    Abstract: This article makes use of the spectrophotometric method to research the content of iron and chromium,which are in gills,fish and offal of different size of crucian carp in farmers’ market. We use o-phenanthroline to react with palent iron in solution at pH of 4.6,which is generated orange-red complexes iron color reaction test (λ=510nm).We also use diphenyl hydrazine to reacts with hexavalent chromium in alkaline solution,which is generated purple complex chrome color reaction test(λ=540nm). The linearity rang is 0.4μg/mL~2μg/mL and 0.1μg/mL~2μg/mL. The results show that the carp 1’s body length is 12.70cm and the content of iron in the carp 1’s meat is 11.932 mg / kg, gills is 17.404 mg / kg and offal is 40.616 mg / kg. The carp 2’s body length is 13.35cm and the content of iron in the carp 2’s meat is 13.767mg / kg, gills is 18.268 mg / kg and offal is 43.665 mg / kg. The carp 3’s body length is 12.45cm. The content of chromium in carp 3’s meat is 0.212mg / kg, gills is 0.428mg / kg and offal is 1.534 mg / kg. The carp 4’s body length is 14.35cm. The content of chromium in carp 4’s meat is 0.324mg / kg, gills is 0.671mg / kg and offal is 1.803 mg / kg.Thus,we can find that with the increase of body length, the amount of iron and chromium will increase. Besides, the various parts of iron or chromium content in the fish shous the order as offal> gill> fish.
