    摘要:蓖麻(Ricinus communis L.)是大戟科蓖麻属一年或多年生草本或木本植物,其种子含油量50%左右,油脂可制润滑油、媒染剂,药剂,是高级润滑油的重要原料。蓖麻油被有关专家视为很有开发潜力又可再生的“石油”资源,对于经济、生态和农业的发展前景非常广阔。目前蓖麻种子产量不能满足工业化生产的需要,对其相关基因研究将成为改变这一现状的突破点。植物内源发育信号调控的研究中发现,异戊烯基转移酶基因(Isopentenyl transferase,IPT)家族与细胞分裂素类型之间有特异性合成关系,并影响植物花芽的发育,有效地促进花芽的分化。对蓖麻IPT基因进行生物学信息分析,分析其核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列,将有助于蓖麻IPT基因的功能预测,也为蓖麻IPT基因功能研究奠定基础。本论文研究的主要结果如下:31483
      1.蓖麻IPT基因家族共有6个成员,分别命名为RcIPT1、RcIPT2、RcIPT5、RcIPT7、RcIPT8、RcIPT9。
      2.在NCBI基因组数据库中,通过核苷酸序列和信使RNA序列比对分析发现,RcIPT基因家族分别有2,10,0,1,0和9个内含子;通过氨基酸序列比对分析发现,发现RcIPT7和RcIPT9同源性高达58%,RcIPT8 和RcIPT9同源性56%,RcIPT2与RcIPT9同源性仅29%,其它成员间的同源性在35% ~ 52%。

    Biological Information Analysis of Castor IPT Gene Family
    Abstract: Castor (Ricinus communis L.) is a genus of Euphorbiaceae ricinus,which is annualor perennial herbs, the oil content of seed is about 50%, the oil can produce lubricating,mordant,medicament,which is an important raw material of high lubricating oil. Castor oil is regarded as great potential and renewable petroleum resources for development by experts,and it will be a very wide development prospects for the economy, ecology and agriculture.At present,the yield of castor seed can not meet the needs of industrial production, The related research on genes will become a breakthrough point to change the current situation the development in the regulation of plant endogenous signal show that isopentenyl transferase gene (Isopentenyltransferase, IPT) family has a specific relationship between the synthetic cytokinin types, and affect the development of floral bud,effectively promote flower bud differentiation.The biological information analysisof castor IPT gene, and the analysis of the nucleic acid sequence and amino acid sequence, will contribute to the prediction of castor IPT gene function , and form foundation for castor IPT gene function research.The main results of this thesis are as follows:
    1.castor IPT gene family consists of 6 members, named RcIPT1, RcIPT2, RcIPT5, RcIPT7,RcIPT8, RcIPT9;
    2.In the NCBI genome database, according to the nucleotide sequence and messenger RNA sequence analysis, RcIPT sequence family have 2, 10,0,1, 0 and 9 introns; amino acid sequence analysis showed that RcIPT7 are 58% homology with RcIPT9, RcIPT9,andRcIPT8 , are 56% homology,  the homology of RcIPT2 and RcIPT9 are only 29% , the similarity of other members are between 35% to 52%.
