摘要:稻纵卷叶螟是我国水稻上重要的迁飞性害虫,高温对其种群的影响较为明显。随着全球气候的变暖,高温对稻纵卷叶螟种群的影响将越来越大。因此,本文利用小麦苗上饲养的稻纵卷叶螟幼虫,研究了短期高温热击3龄幼虫对稻纵卷叶螟生物学特性的影响,测定了稻纵卷叶螟3龄幼虫经39℃和41℃每天热击3小时后,分别热击3天,以及仅短期热击3小时后,幼虫的存活率、蛹的孵化率以及成虫的繁殖力。结果表明,经过39℃驯化3代的种群的3龄幼虫再经39℃热击3h后,其存活率显著低于对照,经41℃驯化15代的3龄幼虫再经39℃高温热击3h后其羽化率低于对照,但是高温驯化后各品系再经39℃高温热击3h后的化蛹率、产卵量和卵孵化率与对照比无显著差异。39和41℃驯化品系连续3天热击后的存活率、化蛹率、羽化率、性比、产卵量和孵化率均与对照无显著差异。由此说明,稻纵卷叶螟经高温驯化后可提高其耐高温能力。30814

Effects of high temperature on larvae of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis
Abstract:Cnaphalocrocis medinalis is an important migratory pest on rice in China. The effect of high temperature on its population is obvious. With the global warming, the effect of high temperature on the population of C. medinalis will be increasing. In this paper, the effects of short-term high-temperature shock on the biological characteristics of 3rd instar larvae of C. medinalis were studied using the larvae reared on wheat seedlings. Biological characteristics of 3rd instar larvae of C. medinalis were studied. The third instar larvae of C. medinalis were tested for heat shock for one and three days at 39 ℃ and 41 ℃ for 3 hours per day, and the survival rate and reproduction were examined. The results showed that the survival rate of the strain of rice leaf folders at 39℃ was significant lower when they were shocked by 39℃ again for 3 hours, and the eclosion rate of pupae from the strain at 41℃ was significant lower than that of control. However, the reproduction and hatchability were not different between strains. The survival, eclosion rate, fecundity, sex ratio and egg hatchability were also not different between strains after 39℃ heat for 3 days with 3 hours per day. The results suggest that the acclimation to high temperature can increase the tolerance of rice leaf folders.
