    摘要:以黑籽南瓜、白籽南瓜、黄籽南瓜、西葫芦和丝瓜为嫁接砧木,‘津春4号’黄瓜品种为接穗,研究不同砧木种类嫁接对黄瓜生长、抗氧化酶活性、果重及品质的影响。结果表明,与自根嫁接相比,黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的成活率显著下降,为对照的65.84%和61.73%,而其他三种砧木对嫁接苗成活率无明显影响;砧木嫁接均不同程度地促进黄瓜植株的生长,其中以黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜嫁接对黄瓜植株生长和产量的影响最为明显;白籽南瓜嫁接显著提高了黄瓜叶片中SOD、POD、APX和CAT的活性,而黄籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜叶片中POD和APX的活性低于自根嫁接苗;白籽南瓜嫁接对黄瓜果实品质影响的关联度最大,其他砧木均降低了嫁接黄瓜果实品质的灰色关联度。表明白籽南瓜和黑籽南瓜嫁接能促进黄瓜植株生长和单果重,可作为黄瓜嫁接适宜的砧木种类。30503

    Effects of different rootstocks-grafting on plant growth,product  quality and fruit weight of cucumber
    Abstract: The cucumber variety ‘Jinchun 4’ was grafted on five different rootstocks of Cucurbita ficifolia, Cucubita moschata, Yellow seeded pumpkin, Squash and Loofah, and studied the effects of different rootstocks-grafting on plant growth, antioxidant enzyme activities, yeild and quality of cucumber. The results showed that the survival rate of Cucurbita ficifolia and Cucubita moschata were significantly decreased by 65.84% and 61.73 % as compared with self-grafted cucmber seedlings. However, other rootstocks had no significant effect on the survival rate. The grafted cucumber plants promoted plant growth and fruit yield of cucumber. Cucurbita ficifolia and Cucubita moschata as the rootstocks that showed higher values in plant height, dry weight and fresh weight, roots length, root number and root activity than those of self grafted cucumber seedlings. Cucubita moschata significantly increased the activities of CAT, POD, APX and SOD in cucumber leaves, while the activities of POD and APX in grafted of cucumber leaves was lower than that of self-grafted seedlings. Grey correlation analysis showed that the effect of Cucubita moschata grafting on the quality of cucumber was the largest, and other stocks reduced the quality of grafted cucumber. These results indicate that Cucubita moschata and Cucurbita ficifolia grafting could promote plant growth, increase the yield and improve fruit quality, which increasing the survival rate of grafting, as grafted cucumber suitable rootstock species.
