摘要:在植物工厂条件下,以马铃薯脱毒原原种’费乌瑞它’为试验材料,探究不同光密度对马铃薯种薯生长及结薯的影响。试验光密度处理设置为200、300、400 μmol•m-2•s-1。结果显示:300 μmol•m-2•s-1条件下的马铃薯种薯植株株高、茎粗、叶面积优于其它处理,且差异显著,400 μmol•m-2•s-1处理下株高、冠径明显低于其它处理。200 μmol•m-2•s-1处理下,马铃薯种薯植株总鲜重显著优于其他处理。在块茎方面,400 μmol•m-2•s-1处理下马铃薯种薯块茎的淀粉含量显著优于其它处理。200和300 μmol•m-2•s-1处理下,马铃薯种薯产量没有明显差异,400 μmol•m-2•s-1处理下,马铃薯种薯产量明显小于其它处理。综合以上结果,300 μmol•m-2•s-1的光密度较有利于植株地上部的生长,马铃薯种薯结薯较适宜光密度在200~300 μmol•m-2•s-1之间。25680

The effect of different Light Density on Seed Potato Growth and Tuber Bearing
Abstract: Under plant factories conditions, the super original seed tuber ‘Favorita’ is used to explore the effect of different light density on potato growth and tuber bearing. Test light density processing is set to 200, 300, 400 μmol•m-2•s-1. Light density results showed that potato’s plant height, stem diameter, leaf area under the condition of 300 μmol•m-2•s-1 are significantly better than other conditions. In the condition of 200 μmol•m-2•s-1, the potato plant’s fresh weight was significantly better than any other conditiongs. Under 400μmol•m-2•s-1, the amount of sucrose in the potato tubers was significantly superior to that of other treatments. There was no significant difference in potato crop production between 200 and 300 treatments. And the potato crop that was under 400 μmol•m-2•s-1 is significantly less than the other treatment. The results of the above results show that the light density of 300 μmol•m-2•s-1 is favorable for the growth of the potato plant, and the potato tuber bearing is more suitable for the light density between 200 μmol•m-2•s-1and 300μmol•m-2•s-1.
