摘要: 短期资产配置的管理是企业财务管理的重要组成部分，如果企业短期资产过多，会增加企业的财务负担，从而影响企业的盈利能力，相反，如果企业短期资产不足，则企业资金周转不灵，影响企业的经营状况。当前，我国的企业短期资产管理存在各种问题，需要采取相应的管理策略和措施，才能促进企业健康有序发展。 本论文就企业短期资产管理中可能存在的问题进行了分析，对货币资金，应收账款，存货进行了细致的分析，并找出问题的所在，再通过对各部分的深入了解找到问题出现的原因，根据具体的原因找到相应的对策，根据对策的解决办法我们才能进一步完善企业短期资产管理。关键词：短期资产;管理;问题;对策;7670

Study on the problems and countermeasures of enterprise short-term asset management
Abstract： The short-term asset allocation is an important part of enterprise's financial management, if too many short-term assets will increase the financial burden of enterprises, thus affecting the profitability of the enterprise, on the contrary, lack of short-term assets, its liquidity and the spirit, influence the company's business. However, various issues existing in Chinese enterprise asset management, appropriate management strategies and measures are required to promote the healthy and orderly development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the company short-term assets the problems existing inthe monetary fund, accounts receivable, the management of inventory of a detailed analysis to find out the problem, make a list of the key, and then through the analysis on the part of the in-depth understanding of finding the causes of your problems, according to the specific reason to find the corresponding countermeasures, according to the countermeasure solutions we can further improve the company short-term asset management.

引言
短期资产管理是企业财务管理的重要内容。从盈利性和风险性两个角度考察，将短期资产的存量配置与其相应的资产来源联系起来，从总体上进行观察和研究如何据此制定合理短期资产政策。这种基本内容框架一直保持到现在，未发生明显的变化。
当前企业短期资产管理中存在管理模式僵化、管理观念陈旧，短期资产管理薄弱，短期资产预算管理目的有待明确， 内部控制机制不健全、监督力度不够等问题。这些问题使企业的资产未能得到有效利用而丧失的获得更高盈利的机会，所以，企业应通过增强短期资产管理观念，加强短期资产管理能力，加强短期资产的预算管理、建立短期资产的预算机制，健全企业内部控制制度、增强监控力度等对策，使企业的短期资产管理的功能得到较好的发挥，来提高企业短期资产得管理水平。
