摘要在传动领域中,直线导轨一直是关键性产品,凭借着它的可靠性以及灵活性,直线导轨替代传统导轨已经成为必然趋势。本次毕业设计的课题是LM直线导轨系列化三维造型设计,主要的设计对象是THK公司的HRW型导轨系列与HSR型导轨系列。根据两个系列导轨的结构特点和工作方式,结合产品样本的CAD数据确定了导轨零件的尺寸。最后,采用SolidWorks软件通过配置功能进行系列化设计来完成LM导轨的三维造型设计、装配和工程图生成,并利用KeyShot4.0软件对零件进行渲染。63534

Title The Three Dimensional Design Of the Serialized LM Linear Guide Rail
Abstract In the field of the drive, the linear guide rail has been the key products. It is an inevitable trend that the linear guide rail becomes substitute for the traditional guide rail because of its reliability and its flexibility. The topic of the graduation project is three-dimensional design of the serialized LM linear guide rail. The design object is mainly aimed at HRW guide rail serialization and HSR guide rail serialization of THK. According to the structural characteristics and working methods of the two series of the rails, the size of the rail parts combine with the CAD data of the product sample were determined. By using SolidWorks software to achieve serialized design and complete three-dimensional modelling design of the LM linear guide rail, assembly and the generation of engineering drawing. Finally, parts were rendered by using KeyShot4.0 software.
