    摘要自动武器是战争必不可少的武器之一,能有保护自身和攻击敌人的作用。对于重型大口径火炮而言,螺式炮闩的体积和重量均很大,无法通过人工操作实现炮膛的开闭。本课题要求设计一套电动或液压拆装机构,实现该重炮闩的自动旋上和旋下,旋离炮尾的炮闩应能借助液压力或电力沿平板车上的导轨后移离开炮膛入口并偏离炮膛轴线以便装弹。炮弹上膛后借助液压或电力将炮闩旋接在炮尾上。如此,通过联接螺纹的旋进和旋退实现炮膛尾部的打开和关闭。63514

    螺式炮闩的螺式闩体装在固定在炮尾一侧的锁扉上,可以在开、关闩时自由回转。锁扉是固定在炮尾右侧的;但是需要时,它也可以固定在能在装填作业时进行上下转动的地方。关闩时,闩体上的螺纹与炮尾内表面上相应的螺纹相啮合。闩体的螺纹面被分作若干偶数区段,每隔一个区段将螺纹切除。炮尾内表面上的螺纹也是同样处理的,只是被切除螺纹的区段正好与闩体上被切除螺纹的区段彼此错开。在通过闩柄关闩时,闩体沿弧线转动直到闩体和炮尾上的螺纹都完全啮合为止。

    Title   Heavy artillery screw breech automatic opening and   closing mechanism design                

    Abstract Automatic weapons is one of the indispensable weapons of the war , can both protect themselves and attack enemy .For a heavy caliber gun, the volume and weight of  the screw breechblock are so large that can not make the bore open or close through the artificial operation . This issue is required to design an electric or hydraulic dismounting mechanism to realize the automatic rotating up and down of the heavy breechblock,and the breechblock away from the gun breech can use the hydraulic pressure or electric power to move along the guide of the flat car after the movement away from the entrance of the bore and deviation from the axis of the bore so as for easy loading. The breechblock is screwed in the breech by using hydraulic pressure or electric power after shells are loaded. In this way, by the  precession and whirling of the connection thread can make the bore open and close. 

    The Screw-type breechblock of the screw breechblock body screw breech is mounted on the fixed lock on one side of the breech, can rotate freely when opening or closing the block. The lock is fixed in the right side of the breech ; but  it can also be fixed on parts which can rotate up and down in loading operation when necessary.When closing the block, the threads of the block and the inner surface of the breech are meshing. The thread surface of the block is pided into a even number of section and the thread of each section will be resected. The thread of the inner surface of the breech is treated in the same way but removed thread section coincides with the latch body removed thread segments stagger each other. Through the latch off the bolt, bolt body along the arc rotating screw until the latch body and gun tail are fully engaged.
