摘要:露天伸缩式立体车库,是为了解决城市车辆日益增多,停车变得越来越难的问题而做出来的设计。相对于大型平面停车场的占地面积大,成本高,效率低,可用车位并不多,露天伸缩式立体车库的设计就显得极为可贵了,它占地面积小,成本低,效率高,噪音小,不扰民,可用范围广,是一个非常可靠的解决城市交通问题的办法。而此车库的设计宗旨便是,降低制造成本和提高停取车效率。本文首先对立体车库的发展历程,以及在国内外的发展趋势进行了介绍,再提出露天伸缩式立体车库的整体设计方案,确定其参数、尺寸、材料等等,其次再对雨棚的减速器进行设计,选择电机、减速比、齿轮、轴、轴承、箱体等等,对参数进行计算并且校核。以及为整个车库提供动力的伸缩式二级油缸的选择,还有液压回路原理图的设计,一个简单、高效可靠的液压系统,以及整个车库的安全系统的设计,保证人车绝对安全等等,提供了一个较为完整的露天伸缩式立体车库的设计方案。63442

Design of open air telescopic stereo garage
Abstract:Open air telescopic garage, is to solve the increasing number of urban vehicles, parking becomes more and more difficult to do the problem of design. Relative to the large plane parking lot covers an area of large, high cost, low efficiency, available parking spaces are not many, the design of open telescopic garage is extremely valuable, it covers an area of small, low cost, high efficiency, low noise, not disturbing the available range, is a very reliable transportation problem the way to solve the city. The purpose of this garage is to reduce manufacturing costs and improve parking efficiency. Firstly, the course of the development of the stereo garage, as well as in the domestic and international development trend were introduced, and then put forward the overall design scheme of open-air telescopic garage, determine its parameters, size, material and so on, then the reducer canopy design, selection of
motor, gear ratio, gear, shaft, bearing, box so, to calculate the parameters and check. As well as the choice of two telescopic cylinder, and the hydraulic circuit principle diagram design, a simple, efficient and reliable hydraulic system, and the design of security system of the whole garage, car to ensure absolute safety, provides a design scheme for a more complete outdoor telescopic stereo garage.
