摘要对超声波传感器本身的性能以及不同环境温度下对超声波传感器的性能影响进行了研究。利用超声波特性对不同老化时间的超声波传感器的接收性能进行测试并与标准超声波传感器进行比较,发现超声波传感器本身性能差异大、极其敏感以及进行老化使其性能达到稳定的必要性,并设计了基于ArbLab任意波形发生卡、UXI1616信号采集系统、7018温度采集模块以及简易热交换设备的实验装置测量不同老化时间、不同温度下对超声波传感器信号接收的影响,使用Visual Basic程序编译程序,使用Matlab软件处理实验数据。发现除了传感器本身性能差异大,周围环境温度对传感器的性能也有很大影响,并呈现出一定规律性。61695

Title Temperature effect on the performance of ultrasonic sensors
Abstract The performance of the ultrasonic sensor itself and the ultrasonic sensor performance in different ambient temperature were studied.the reception of the ultrasonic sensor are measured in the different aging times by ultrasonic characteristics and compare with the standard ultrasonic sensor.Study found large differences in the properties of the ultrasonic sensor itself,the ultrasonic sensor is extremely sensitive and the necessity of aging to stabilize its performance.the experimental apparatus is designed based on ArbLab arbitrary waveform generation card, UXI1616 signal acquisition system, temperature acquisition module 7018 and simple heat exchange equipment to measure the signal reception performance of ultrasonic sensor in different aging time and at different
temperatures.Visual Basic program was used to compile a program and the Matlab software was uesd to process experimental data.Study found large differences in performance in addition to the sensor itself, the ambient temperature of the sensor also has a great impact on the performance and showed a certain regularity.
