摘要自动武器是战争必不可少的武器之一,能有保护自身和攻击敌人的作用。自动武器的发展由非自动到半自动、全自动装填,从单一口径到多口径武器,从流水式生产到模块化制造、装配,其正在发生巨大变化。模块化枪械的出现大大改变了战争形式,同一兵种执行多任务已经实现,士兵携带一支整枪和少量模块化零件,通过简单更换枪械零件可执行不同任务。模块化枪械优点是战时适应性强,枪械零件更换速度快,可靠性好。本文主要研究模块化枪械零件接口装置,通过对不同口径枪械的主要零部件如枪管、弹匣与机匣的接口研究,对模块间匹配性能进行计算分析及接口强度分析。通过对枪械模块化接口装置设计,了解自动武器模块化研究现状,为枪械设计打下基础。60586

Title Modular interface technology of firearms
Abstract Automatic weapons are absolutely essential to wars, it takes the role of protecting soldiers and attacking the enemies . Developments of automatic weapons from a non-automatic to semi-automatic, fully automatic filling, from a single to a multi-caliber caliber weapons,from flow-through production to modular manufacturing,assembly, which Changed dramatically. Modular gun has greatly changed the form of war.The single arms multitasking has been achieved,the soldiers carrying a gun and a small amount of whole modular components can simply replace firearms parts to perform different tasks.The advantages of Modular firearms are wartime adaptable,firearms parts replacement fast,good reliability.This paper mainly studies modular firearms parts interface device,through the main parts of different caliber firearms such as the barrel,magazine and receiver interface research on inter-module matching performance calculation and analysis,and interface strength analysis.Through the design of device for gun modular interface ,we can understand the current researchs of modular automatic weapons, which laying the foundation for the design of firearms.
