摘要当前国际社会形势动荡,低强度冲突、恐怖事件、海盗劫持、贩毒活动等频频发生,给世界带来的不安并不亚于战争。其中,发生在海上的恐怖事件,由于绝大多数都牵涉各国领海权益,存在国际法律空白等,都涉及到不可以轻易对敌方人员致命打击的问题。本课题针对上述问题,运用机械设计理论、气动理论、轻武器技术、CAD等技术,设计了一套气动源发射装置,用以发射9mm橡胶球形弹丸,从而避免了常规火药武器的强杀伤性,但同时具备在100m射程上致伤敌方人员的能力。60250
本文首先分析了本课题研究的背景及意义,介绍了非致命武器、气体炮等相关基本概念及原理。然后,运用内外弹道学原理对本装置所发射弹丸的发射性能参数,进行了计算。接着,使用CAD二维、三维造型软件进行了气动发射装置机械结构的设计。最后,结合气动系统原理和模拟与数字电路原理设计了该发射装置的气路控制系统。本文的课题研究对在气源发射装置方面进行了有益的探索和尝试。

Title The Designing of a Pneumatic Launching Device
Abstract
In the current turbulent international situation, the low intensity conflict, terrorism, pirates, drug trafficking, etc, brought much more insecurity to the world than war. In particular, when against terrorist incidents occurred on the sea. For the reason of the territorial rights of neighbor countries, international legal blank, etc, it’s not allowed to use lethal weapon.
According to the above problems, using the theory of mechanical design, aerodynamic theory, small arms technology, Computer Aided Design technology, the designing of a pneumatic launching device was completed, which can avoid the deadly destruction of the conventional gunpowder weapons, but at the same time, is able to cause injuries in 100 m range with high efficiency.
This paper, first, analyzes the background and significance of this topic research, introduces the non-lethal weapons, gas gun and some other related basic concepts and principles. Then, by using the principle of the internal and external ballistics, it calculates the performance of the projectile launched by the designed device. Then, using 2D/3D CAD modeling software, the mechanical structural design of the designed device was carried out. Finally, combining with the principle of pneumatic system and the principle of analog and digital circuit, the pneumatic control system of the pneumatic launching device was designed.
The researches of this paper on the pneumatic launching were a beneficial exploration and try.
