根据自动突击炮要适用于山地及反恐突击作战的要求,设计了满足自动突击炮工作要求的弹簧摩擦式反后坐装置。其工作原理主要是利用了弹簧进行后坐缓冲和存储能量,利用摩擦装置消耗后坐能量和复进剩余能量,利用橡胶缓冲垫进行前冲缓冲。在构建了反后坐装置总体方案的基础上建立了反后坐装置动力学数学模型,采用 mat lab 编写计算程序求解不考虑自动机和供弹机的影响下的反后坐装置动力学数学模型,得到了反后坐装置后坐位移规律、后坐速度规律、后坐阻力规律。利用材料力学拉伸、压缩强度理论进行反后坐装置各零件的结构尺寸设计。对于复进簧则采用了以最小装配长度和最小应力为目标的“2.5 法”进行设计。基于Adams进行建模仿真,将结果与编程计算的结果进行对比。59550

Abstract According to automatic assault guns be applied in the mountain and anti-terrorism Assault, design recoil of spring friction device to meet the requirements of automatic assault guns. Working principle of recoil of spring friction device is the use of a recoil spring for buffering and storage of energy, the use of the friction device consumes recoil energy, the use of rubber cushion pad for buffing of pediment. establishing the kinetic mathematical model of recoil basis of the recoil overall program, using mat lab write calculation procedures for solving the kinetic mathematical model of recoil when it does not consider the influence of automata and ammunition machine, having been the law of recoil displacement ,the law of recoil velocity and the law of recoil resistance. Recoil the structure and size of each part be designed with theory of mechanical tensile and theory of compression and expansion. The recoil spring is designed with a minimum length and minimum stress as the goal of "2.5 Law". Adams performed based on modeling and simulation, the results with the calculated results were compared programming.
