摘要手动变速器,也就是我们所说的手动挡,简称MT,只要用手拨动变速杆,就能改变机构内的齿轮啮合位置,从而改变传动比,达到变速的目的。踩下离合时,才能拨动变速杆。手动档车在正确驾驶时提速快,节油效率高,并且提升驾驶的乐趣,带给驾驶者成就般的享受。目前随着石油资源的日益减少,油耗成了衡量汽车性能的重要的指标,而换挡装置正是耗油的关键设备。因此,换挡装置有了更高的要求。56694
本文是关于某汽配厂产品换挡机构三维仿真的实现,主要是对换挡机构实物样品进行拆装,测量零件尺寸,并且利用所学的SolidWorks建立换挡机构零件的三维模型,然后按照实物进行装配,最后利用SolidWorks自带的仿真软件进行模拟的运动仿真,从而了解换挡装置的工作原理。
本文的前半部分是叙述根据提供的实物建立零件的三维模型,并且解决在建立三维模型时遇到的各种问题,中间一小部分是叙述装配过程,后半部分则是运动仿真的实现。

Abstract Manual transmission, which is what we call the manual, referred to as MT, which push the shift lever to change gears meshing position inside the transmission, changing the transmission ratio, so as to achieve the purpose of speed. Step on the clutch, can move the shift lever. A car with a manual transmission in the correct driving speed fast, high fuel efficiency, and enhance the driving pleasure, to drive the achievements of enjoyment. At present, with the decreasing of petroleum resource, oil consumption has become an important index to measure the performance of automobile, and the shifting device is the key equipment of fuel. Therefore, the shifting device has higher requirements.
This paper is on the realization of product of a auto parts factory shift mechanism of three-dimensional simulation, mainly for assembling and disassembling the shift mechanism of samples, measuring parts dimensions, 3D model and use the SolidWorks to establish the shifting mechanism parts, and then in accordance with the physical assembly, the motion simulation using simulation software SolidWorks, so as to understand the work principle of gearshift.
In the first part of this paper is described according to the real 3D modeling of parts, and solve various problems encountered in the establishment of a three-dimensional model, a small part of the middle is the assembly process, the second part is to realize the motion simulation.
