    摘要本论文阐述了目前国内外大麦分级机的研发状况、发展动态和发展方向,以及大麦分级机在制麦工业中的重要作用,研究了目前国内外大麦分级机的现状,在国内大麦分级机结构的基础上,提出了新的设计方案。

    经济全球化的今天,能否充分利用资源,利用好每一个原料是决定实现其价值多少的关键因素。经分级机分离出的不同大小的大麦可以根据不同的需要分别进行分类加工,这样更能体现每一个原料的价值,更能体现社会发展的可持续性。作者根据目前国内大麦分级机的生产实际,进行调查研究,在充分掌握资料的基础上,提出了新的设计方案。作者先进行结构设计计算,然后校核,再用Solidworks进行三维建模、进行运动仿真并导出二维图纸,最后使用AutoCAD优化图纸。51989

    在完成结构设计之后,对主要结构(包括框架、传动轴等)使用Solidworks中的Simulation模块进行有限元分析,根据分析的结果,优化其结构,以保证整个系统的安全性。通过有限元分析还可以找出结构中的危险截面,提前预防以提高结构的整体寿命。

    本论文旨在对大麦分级机的设计方法做一些新的尝试和探索,论文仅是理论方法上的研究,如要应用于生产实际还需要进一步分析研究。但本文提出的设计思想(设计-软件分析-优化-完成),对我国现代化轻工业设备的生产和开发相信会有一定的启发和推动作用。

    Abstract

    This paper expound the development of barley grader,including trends of development and directions of development. It performs important effect in the industry of preparing barley. The paper will raise a new idea of barley grader designing based on the Physical design of the barley grader interiorly through the study of current situation of the barley grader.

    Nowadays that economic globalization develops,it’s the key element that if you can take full advantage of resource and every material.The different size of barley that separating out though the grader can classify and process separately according different require.It can further reflect the value of every material and the continuing development of the society.The writer performs investigation according the present production situation of the barley grader and raises a new designing.At first,the writer performs the calculation about the new designing,then checks the result and performs the 3Dmodeling and simulation though the software called solidworks and makes the drawing,at last,optimizing the drawing by the software called AutoCAD.

    After we finish the design of the structure,we will do FEA on the main structure(including the frame and the drive shaft)by the Cosmos part of the software Solidworks.Then we optimize the structure to ensure the safety of whole structure.We also can find out the dangerous section and prevent the danger to improve the lifetime of the machine.

    This paper is aimed at doing some new trying and exploring about the designing ways of the barley grader and the paper is only about the research of the theory ways.The further research will be done if the machine uses in the production.However,the design idea that design-software analysis-optimize-finish the paper raised,will have a inspired and promoted effect on the modernization industry in our country.
