    摘要海洋开发在经济技术迅速发展的今天已演变成世界新技术革新的重要组成部分,海洋资源开发的重点之一便是海洋油气资源的开发。自升式平台是目前我国海洋石油勘探中使用最多的一种海上活动式钻井装备,对自升式平台的性能和安全有重要影响的便是其升降系统。为推进我国海洋资源勘探开发事业的发展,本课题对自升式平台升降系统进行研究和设计。50728

    本文介绍了自升式平台的国内外发展概况和平台升降系统结构组成、工作原理、工作过程。针对南海180米深海域内的恶劣环境,提出了升降系统的总体结构设计方案,根据具体设计参数,计算了自升式平台所受环境载荷,包括风力、波浪力、海流力,为升降系统内各部件的详细设计与分析提供了可靠依据。在总体方案的基础上对升降系统的桩腿、固桩架进行了详细设计。

    采用pro/E建模软件建立桩腿和固桩架的三维几何模型,利用hyperworks、abaqus软件对桩腿及固桩架进行了有限元线性静态分析和动态响应分析,验证升降系统设计的合理性。

    Abstract With the development of world economy and technology, oceanic development has become an important aspect of new technology revolution.Offshore gas and oil development has been viewed as one of the major parts in marine resources development project. Jack-up platform is one of movable offshore drilling equipment which is the most popular drilling Platform during China’s offshore oil exploration. Jacking system of the platform is an important component, and it’s Performance directly impacts on the security and the use effects of the platform. The purpose of this subject is to design and research jacking system of the Jack-up platform, provide technical support for promoting the exploration and development of China’s offshore oil and gas.

    This article describes the general developing situation of the jack-up Platforms of internal and external, the jacking system’s structure and principle of work and process of work. According to the design requirements of jacking system of the jack-up platform, it proposes the overall structure design schemes of the jacking system, analyzes the jacking system’s operating condition, calculates the environmental load on the Jack-up platform (including Wind, wave force, current force) to provide the necessary basis for the design and analysis of lifting system. Based on the general program designed the leg and the jacking frame of the lifting system in detail.

    Modeling the three-dimensional geometric model of leg and Jacking frame by pro/E, verified the rationality of the lifting system design by finite element linear static and dynamic response analysis with hyperworks and abaqus.
