摘要我国的船舶业正在蓬勃发展,在海洋平台及风电吊装船的方面也有着显著的发展,而为其提供作业条件的桩腿也显得十分重要。所以桩腿的改善对我们人类探索海洋有着重要的作用,我们只有设计出优越的桩腿,探索更深的海洋资源,才能推动祖国的经济发展。本文主要介绍圆柱形桩腿的优化设计。50071
(1)对于桩腿,先自己设计桩腿的结构、形状、尺寸及材料。再用三维建模软件solid works、pro/e、UG等建模软件建立三维模型。
(2)再将桩腿模型改变格式,改成x_t格式导入到ANSYS里先进行网格划分,再确定约束和载荷进行分析,分析桩腿的受力及变形情况。
(3)将自己设计的桩腿的应力分析和变形与研究生设计的桩腿进行比较,验证其强度,设计出在同等载荷下,质量轻且符合工作要求的桩腿。

Abstract Our country’s shipping industry is booming,Offshore platforms and wind power in lifting the boat also has a significant development,And to provide working conditions of the pile legs is very important.Therefore, the improvement of legs for us humans to explore the ocean plays an important role,We only have to design superior Leg explore deeper marine resources in order to promote the country's economic development. This paper describes the design of a cylindrical pile legs optimization.
For Leg, the first leg of their own design pile structure, shape, dimensions and materials. Then the three-dimensional modeling software solid works, Pro-e, UG and other modeling software to build 3D models.
Then change the format model of legs, into x_t formats into ANSYS meshing in first, and then determine the constraints and load analysis and the pile leg of the force and deformation.
Design their own pile leg deformation and stress analysis and design of the pile legs graduate verified by comparing its strength, designed under the same load, light quality and meet the job requirements of the pile legs.
