摘要熔融沉积造型(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)是快速成型工艺的一种。通过将材料加热熔融,然后从喷头挤出,按照成型件每一层的预定路径,以固定的速率进行熔体沉积造型。由于该成型工艺与常见的打印过程极其相似,因此行业内也把其称为 3D 打印,把所使用的成型设备也称之为 3D 打印机。49814
因为整个过程是在热场的作用下进行成型的,所以本论文借助ANSYS 有限元分析软件来分析热场对成型件所造成的影响。本文主要研究内容有:
(1)借助ANSYS APDL编写命令流,应用生死单元技术仿真FDM加工过程,先对成型件温度场进行仿真;
(2)进行成型件应力场的仿真,把温度场分析得到的数据作为后者的载荷,得到成型件的应力场分析结果。最终得出成型件的变形数据;
(3)改变成型件的网格模型,通过不同的成型工艺路径进行仿真分析,提出最优化的成型工艺路径。

Title The Development of the Energetic Materials 3D Printer - Feed System Debug
Abstract
Fused Deposition Modeling is one of the Rapid Prototyping technologies. By heating the material to melting state, material is extruded from the nozzle,according to the scheduled path of each layer and the fixed rate of deposited modelling. Because of the molding process is very similar with the printing process, so it is also called the 3D Printing, as for the equipment, known as 3D Printer.
Due to the entire manufacturing process is effected by the thermal field, so we analysis the process with ANSYS with the birth and death unit technology. The main research contents are as follows:
(1)With the help of ANSYS APDL. Apply the birth and death unit technology to simulate the temperature field simulation program of manufacturing process. And complete the numerical simulation of temperature field.
(2)Put the result data as a load to complete the simulation of stress field so that getting stress field distribution of the work piece. At last we get the deformation from the stress field.
(3)With the different scanning paths, we change the mesh model. And put up with the proper path after the compare.
