    摘要铣边机广泛运用于造船、电力、石油、锅炉、化工机械、工程机械制造,对各类低碳钢板、不锈钢板及铝板在焊接前的坡口加工、斜边、直边、U型坡口,对于碳钢中板的各种形状的坡口加工尤其合适,可以一次性成型。49749

    本课题研究的主要内容是大型绿色船用铣边机——总体及切屑清理机构。参考网上搜集的铣边机资料,设计出铣边机的总体结构,着重设计切屑清理机构。切屑清理机构采用传送带式结构设计,将切削的铁屑收集起来并送出机床,收容在铁屑收容箱内。整个传送带通过链条带动,动力由液压马达经过减速器传送到链轮上。整个装置放置在机床最底端,在铣刀架通道下方,在整个机床的右端向上抬起,将铁屑送出地面,落入铁屑箱内。

    除此之外,涉及机床铁屑的还有导轨的防护,在铣刀架左右两边的导轨上安装伸缩式防护罩,避免铁屑落入导轨上影响铣刀架的运行。

    本课题特点是绿色环保,着重体现在切屑清理这里,由于整个铣刀架在一个半封闭的空间运动,绝大部分铁屑都落到铣刀架的下方,通过两块倾斜挡板将铁屑集中到传送带上,很好地体现了环保的理念,保证整个加工车间的整洁,改善工人的工作环境。

    相对于一般机床,船用铣边机体积较大,占用整个工厂厂房较大空间,铁屑的四处飞溅将严重影响车间的安全和卫生,车间的打扫清理成本较高,不仅具有经济意义,也有安全效益,因此铁屑的合理清理意义重大。

     Abstract The edge milling machine is widely used in shipbuilding, electric power, oil, boiler, chemical machinery and construction machinery manufacturing. It is suitable for all kinds of low carbon steel, stainless steel plate and aluminum plate in the slope before welding mouth processing, tapered side plain wheels, straight edge, U groove, and carbon steel plate for the various forms of groove processing.

    This subject of the main content of the research is large Marine edge milling machine-general and scraps cleaning institutions. According to collections of edge milling machine material, we designed the overall structure of the edge milling machine, this paper pay more attention to the scraps cleaning institution. In scraps cleaning institution, I adopt the conveyor belt.  All the scraps are collected and send out of the machine tool, housed in the iron filings in the asylum. The conveyor belt is droved by the chain, powered by hydraulic motor. The whole device is placed in the bottom of the machine. The device is raised up in the right, and the scraps fall into the iron filings.

    In addition, machine tool iron filings and guide rail involves the protection, milling cutter frame in the left and right sides of the guide rail installation telescopic shields, avoiding iron going into the influence on the guide of the operation.

    This topic is characteristic of green environmental protection, mainly embodies in scraps clean up here, because of the milling cutter frame in a semi-closed space movement, most of the iron filings to milling cutters, through the two pieces of tilt flap, scraps focus on the conveyor belt. It reflected the concept of environmental protection, ensure the whole processing workshop tidy, improving worker working environment.

    Relative to the general machine tools, Marine edge milling machine is large, take up the whole plant larger space, iron filings splashing around will seriously affect the workshop safety, the high cost of cleaning the workshop, it not only has the economic significance, also have safety benefit, therefore iron filings reasonable clean is of great significance.
