    摘要行星传动具有结构紧凑、尺寸小、重量轻、传动质量高等特点,载荷一般分布在多个行星齿轮上使每对相互啮合轮齿的受力减小。而齿轮副正确啮合条件为啮合线上的法节相等,在设计NGW 型行星轮系时,可将太阳轮、行星轮和内齿轮的模数与压力角设计成互不相等的情况,这种内、外啮合副采用非等模数非等压力角的灵活设计,可以增加内外啮合副的重合度,综合地提高齿轮的承载能力,同时还可以使传动更为平稳。虽然其加工成本较高,但对于航空传动方向有着重要的应用价值。NGW行星齿轮的设计与虚拟装配结合,本文选用通用三维软件Solid Works对双模数齿轮进行零部件的设计、装配、齿轮啮合的干涉检查、运动仿真等,真实再现了齿轮之间的啮合过程。该技术的运用,在很大程度上缩短了产品的研发周期,同时能对产品进行制造前的检查,节省大量的人力、物力,增强了产品竞争能力。49552

The design of the planetary gear and NGW virtual assembly union, this paper choose general 3 d software Solid Works on the double modulus gear parts design, assembly, the gearing mesh of interference, motion simulation, truly represent the gear meshing process between. The use of this technology, to a great extent, shorten the product development cycle, also can make the product before the check, save a lot of manpower and material resources, to enhance the product competition ability.
