    摘要油液分析技术是上世纪40年代以来逐渐发展起来的一项机械工况监测与诊断的技术,它通过分析被检测机器的在用润滑剂的性能变化和携带的磨损颗粒的情况,评价机器的工况和预测故障,并确定故障原因、类型和部位。柴油机是一个由多对摩擦副组成的系统,各对摩擦副能正常工作是整机运转的保证,而在用润滑油是柴油机磨损产物的主要载体。49545

    本文着重描述对船用柴油机的曲轴进行基于油液分析技术的预防性维修。并以此作了较全面的论述,且重点突出维修周期的计算模型,这些方法大都应与于生产实践中。主要内容如下。

    (1)常用的维修方法  介绍了预防性维修和事后维修。一般情况下,机械故障系统具有随机性。事后维修由于事先缺乏周密的准备,维修时间较长;预防性维修是在零部件发生故障之前进行定期检查,防患于未然。

    (2)油液分析技术   油液中的磨粒含量及其形态分析往往对曲轴的预防性维修起到很关键的作用。本文着重介绍了铁谱分析法、光谱分析法在油液中磨粒分析的应用。

    (3)预防性维修周期的计算   本文重点介绍了部分函数模型及其相应的预防周期的计算模型。如基于曲轴劣化度的维修周期预测模型、基于RCM的曲轴视情维修间隔模型等

    预防性维修技术是现代机械维修的一个主要发展方向。本设计通过油液分析技术简单探讨了现代油液分析技术在船用柴油机曲轴预知维修中的应用。

          (1)Common maintenance method introduces preventive maintenance and repair afterwards. Usually, mechanical fault system is random. After the event due to a lack of maintenance careful preparation, maintenance time is long; Preventive maintenance is in parts before failure to regular inspections, to nip in the bud.

          (2)Oil analysis technology in the oil content and grits speciation analysis of crankshaft often the preventive maintenance play a key role. This article mainly introduces the iron spectral analysis, in the oil spectroscopic analysis of the application of grinding grain analysis.

          (3)The calculation of the preventive maintenance cycle of this paper introduces the function model and its corresponding prevention cycle of calculation model. Based on the degree of degradation of the crankshaft such as maintenance cycle prediction model based on RCM of the crankshaft, according to situation, maintenance interval model and so on
