摘要:本文首先简要介绍翻转合模吊具的基本结构和运行原理,对模台进行了轻量化设计,然后在自行设计和检索翻转合模吊具工作总结及相关文献的基础上,系统地阐明了翻转合模吊具的设计原理和方法。其中大量用到SOLIDWORKS以及ANSYS软件对设计进行建模和仿真,来确保达到设计要求。本设计内容主要包括方案设计和设计计算两个部分。48724
设计的主要内容包括利用ANSYS软件仿真分析模台上表面各个位置的变形和应力情况进而对模台结构形式进行一次次优化,来满足模台表面变形小于2mm的设计要求,再提出合适的模台轻量化方案,使得轻量化之后的模台依旧能达到设计要求。上模台翻转结构则是通过减速机和电机的组合来达到1r/min的设计要求,并且能够达到与下模台精准合模的要求。下模台包括机架的设计,液压杆的选用。

Abstract: This paper first briefly introduces reverse mould clamping hook basic structure and operating principle of the mould optimization and lightweight methods system research, and then designed and developed in reverse mould clamping hook work summary and related literature, on the basis of systematically illustrates the flip design principle and methods of the clamping hook.This design content mainly includes the description and calculation of two parts, including a large number of use SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS software to design modeling and simulation, to ensure that the maximum extent to meet the design requirements.
The main content of the design including the use of ANSYS software simulation analysis on the die surface deformation and stress conditions of the position and the die structure and optimization, to meet the design requirements of deformation of the surface of the table is less than 2 mm, then put forward the suitable mould lightweighting scheme, make after lightweight mode can still meet the design requirements.Module platform flip structure is based on the combination of the speed reducer and motor to meet the design requirements of 1 r/min, and be able to achieve with lower die precision mould clamping requirements.Lower die sets including the design of the frame, the selection of hydraulic lever.
