    摘要:锅炉是重要的工业设备,为日常生活、化工、机械制造等工业部门提供能源,主要要通过发电以及供热能的方式来执行以上的效能。锅炉作为特种生产设备,组成其完整系统的构件也是有很多,包括主要储水部位——锅筒,一般有上下两个锅筒,其上锅筒也称之为汽包。还有主要受热面水冷壁和对流管束,以及预热收集装置,省煤器和空气预热器。这些设备都是有助于锅炉吸收燃料热量的装置。SHL15-1.25/350-W型锅炉的热工设计是设计目标,它是为双锅筒,自然循环的蒸汽锅炉。在锅炉主要燃烧区域,等间距单层布置受热水管,并在烟气流通的途径布置多层受热水管以便更有效吸收烟气中所含有的大量热量。 为了满足锅炉的设计负荷,并降低排烟温度及沿途热损失,提高锅炉热效率,通过对主要受热面的多次校核计算,调整设计结构及设计温度逐渐将误差减少到可接受程度。燃料选用福建天湖山Ⅱ号无烟煤,其地位发热量为 25435kJ/kg。使用 CAD画主要受热面的基本结构图,并按设计内容进行参数设置。46901

In the main combustion zoneof the boiler, a single layer of the heating pipe is arranged in the distance, and aplurality of heating pipes are arranged in the flue gas circulation way to moreeffectively absorb the large quantity of heat contained in the flue gas. In order to meet the design load of the boiler and reduce exhaust gas temperature and along the heatloss, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, through the main heating surfacerepeatedly checking calculation and design of structural adjustment and designtemperature gradually errors are reduced to acceptable levels.
