摘要进入21世纪,随着计算机硬件技术的发展,三维机械设计软件有了很大的进展,给机械设计领域带来了革命性的变化。使得设计工作突破了以往从二维平面视图开始的格局,而从三维实体造型开始,整个产品设计过程从草图,实体,装配,虚拟样机,到最后自动生成二维工程图。它主要的特点是:基于特征、全尺寸约束、全数据相关、尺寸驱动修改设计。三维设计的真正意义还在于其进一步的专业化应用,比如三维CAD技术创建的是参数化的模型,可以提供进行有限元分析的原始基本数据,进而实现产品的优化设计等。
本课题设计的是一个小型拔插力试验机,设计使用solidworks三维设计软件对试验机进行建模设计。首先,对整个试验机进行了方案设计;然后,再通过solidworks对其进行建模;最后,再经过必要的计算分析对单个机件及整个设计进行优化调整。43654

Abstract
Since twenty-first Century, 3D mechanical design software to make significant progress with the development of computer hardware technology, has brought a revolutionary change to the field of mechanical design. It allows designers to instead start from the two-dimensional view from the 3-D solid modeling, the entire product design process from sketch entity, assembly, virtual prototyping, and finally automatically generate 2D drawings.Its main features are: based on the characteristics , full-size constraints, full data-related, and dimension driven design modifications. The true meaning of the three-dimensional design is still in its further specialized applications such as 3D CAD technology to create a parameterized model can provide finite element analysis of the original data, thus achieving the optimization design.
The subject of design is a small plug of the testing machine, designed for use solidworks 3D design software to model the test machine. First, it designed the programs of the testing machine. then , It used solidworks model program.. Finally, it is through the necessary calculations to optimize the adjustment on the inpidual parts and the whole design.
