汽车传动系统扭振问题困扰人们已久,在1985 年左右,海外发明了一种新颖的扭振减振器—DMF扭振减振器,它以优良的减振降噪的处理能力受到汽车工程界的重视,淘汰了CTD扭振减振器。 本文在查找阅读了国内外文献的前提下,介绍了 DMF 的性能以及发展。确定了双质量飞轮两自由度系统振动方程,选定了飞轮的主要参数,推导了径向弹簧型双质量飞轮的硬非线性弹性特性,并依此设计弹性机构。针对给定的发动机参数,设计了符合要求的 DMF 扭振减振器总体构成,根据结果用进行三维模型的建立,之后对主要零部件进行有限元分析。 42025

Title A certain type design of Dual Mass Flywheel -Radial Spring
Abstract In order to solve the problem of the torsional vibration of car, in the middle of 1980s, there was a new type of drive system torsional vibration damper-dual mass flywheel type torsional vibration damper on the international, its excellent performance is paid attention by automobile industry. Clutch torsional damper was been eliminated by dual mass flywheel. This article’s main research result and conclusion as on the basis of reading comprehensive references, expounded in detail the assembly development, structure and performance of dual mass flywheel an showed its development tend. This article set up two freedom vibration equation system, and determined the main parameters of the dual mass flywheel. This article deduced nonlinear elastic curve of DMF-RS, and design elastic mechanism according to it. For a given engine parameters, design dual mass flywheel assembly which is fit to requirement. This article also do 3D modeling of designed dual mass flywheel, and did the finite element analysis for designed dual mass flywheel.
