    摘要推力滚针轴承作为标准件,广泛应用于机械、汽车等行业。其中,轴承旋转灵活性对设备有着至关重要的影响。国内目前检测轴承旋转灵活性的方法一般是通过人工检测,这样测量出的旋转灵活性误差很大,而且并不可靠。因此,本文对推力滚针轴承旋转灵活性检测系统进行了设计和研究。37726
    本文通过对现有轴承旋转灵活性检测方法的分析,介绍了轴承旋转灵活性检测系统的功能和结构,设计了以在线检测的机械结构为基础,以转速测量系统为测量手段,基于可编程控制器技术的推力滚针轴承旋转灵活性检测系统。
    本文首先介绍了旋转灵活性检测的机械系统结构设计,主要包括加载装置、电机驱动装置及由齿盘和传感器构成的旋转灵活性检测单元。另外,介绍了根据灵活性检测结果实现对待测轴承分选的分选机构。
    根据轴承旋转灵活性检测的要求,本文完成了测控系统硬件的设计和选择,介绍了软件部分的流程。测控系统主要包括测量系统动作控制、旋转灵活性检测和PLC与工控机的I/O接口三部分。
    本文设计的旋转灵活性检测装置可以实现负荷块的自动加载、旋转运动驱动力的自动加载及撤销、旋转灵活性数字量的自动获取及分析等功能。

     Abstract
    As a standard, the needle roller thrust bearing is extensively used in industries like machinery and automobile. The flexibility of bearing rotation has important influence to the equipment. Currently the method of testing the flexibility of bearing rotation at home is generally manual test, the flexibility of bearing rotation tested by which has large errors and is not reliable. Thus, this paper carries out design and research on the test system of the flexibility of bearing rotation.
    Through analysis on the current test method of testing the flexibility of bearing rotation, this paper introduces the function and the structure of the test system of the flexibility of bearing rotation. On the basis of the mechanical structure of online test, taking rotation rate test system as the test means and based on programmable controller technique, it designs a test system of the rotation flexibility of the needle roller thrust bearing.
    This paper first introduces the structural design of the mechanical system of the rotation flexibility test, which mainly includes a loading device, a motor driving device and a rotation flexibility test unit consists of a toothed disc and a sensor. Besides, it introduces the realization of sorting machine that is used to sort bearings according to the results of the flexibility test.
    According to the requirements of bearing rotation flexibility test, this paper finishes design and choice of the hardware of the test system and introduces the procedure of the software part. The test system mainly includes three parts, namely, behavior control of the test system, test of rotation flexibility and I/O interface of PLC and the industrial control computer.
    Rotation flexibility test device designed in this paper can realize automatic loading of loaded blocks, automatic loading and cancel of orbiting thrust, and automatic attainment and analysis of rotation flexibility number.
