    摘要:本设计是以EX-106数控车床主轴部件为主要内容。 主轴部件由主轴,主轴轴承和安装在主轴的传动件,密封件等组成。合理配置轴承可以提高主轴精度、降低温升和简化支承结构。数控车床主轴组件是机床实现旋转运动的执行件,它直接带动工件参加表面成形运动是机床上的一个关键部件。本次设计中,主要是对EX-106数控车床的主轴,主轴轴承及其密封润滑进行设计。
    本次设计中,采用的轴承配置方式是:双向推力球轴承+双列圆柱滚子轴承。本课题中数控车床的转速较高,却要求径向刚度好,所以轴承的配置型式选择为刚度速度型。36398
    润滑采用的是油润滑高速主轴(如角接触球轴承),发热较多。为控制其温升,希望润滑时兼起冷却的作用。采用油润滑,用空气冷却的方法。由于主轴前端采用了双列圆柱滚子轴承,速度较高,致使发热较多,所以采用油润滑,在润滑时也起冷却的作用。后端采用的是曲路密封为防止油液外漏,用油润滑双列圆柱滚子轴承。
    密封方式由于前、后端轴承端盖通孔和轴之间的密封属于动密封。前端轴承为角接触球轴承,转速较高,采用油润滑,为防止油液甩出,此处采用了毡圈油封;后端轴承也采用油润滑,此处用迷宫式密封,利用其节流的作用达到密封的效果,且间隙中充满着润滑油,密封效果更好。
    数控车床,主轴选用楔形带传动,主轴主要是车削加工,必须保证其加工精度,而带传动能缓和冲击、吸收振动,故传动平稳。由此选用一级带传动变速方式。
    主轴检测方面,主轴编码器采用与主轴同步的光电脉冲发生器,两根轴通过皮带轮传动1:1地同步传动。
