摘要在生物实验室动物房操作流程中，与动物直接接触的器具必须定时进行清洗及消毒。根据实验动物相关要求，实验过程中使用的动物笼盒需要一周更换一次，每天的清洗工作相当繁重。以动物房中有两千个动物饲养笼位计算，清洁人员每天就需要清洗300套笼盒，按照人工清洗每套1分钟的速度，则要5个小时才能清洗完，且存在清洗质量还不高效率非常低下的问题。所以实验室中很需要一种能减轻劳动强度，提高清洗质量的笼盒清洗设备，来满足实验室现代化、规范化的需要。35981

在制造行业中，冰箱、空调压缩机清洗压缩机零件一般采用浸渍振动式或连续喷淋式———曲轴箱，清洗剂经常使用有机溶剂，虽然有机溶剂去污力较强，可是工件上螺纹孔、盲孔内的机械杂质清洗效果依旧不甚理想，并且成本高是有机清洗剂的一个问题，工作时会制造有毒的气体，造成环境污染，对环境造成破坏。
到了九十年代以后，国际上压缩机零件清洗渐渐使用水溶性清洗剂，替代了三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯等对环境形成污染的有机溶剂清洗剂。水溶性清洗剂呈中性或碱性，虽然比起有机溶剂去污能力稍弱，但是没有异，成本较低，避免环境被污染。使用去污能力稍稍差的清洗剂，怎么让清洁度达到更高，这就对清洗方法与清洗机的结构有了更为高的要求。

In manufacturing industry, refrigerator, air conditioner compressor cleaning compressor parts generally USES dipping vibrating or continuous spray type --, crankcase, cleaning agents often use organic solvent, the organic solvent detergency is stronger, but the workpiece on the threaded hole, blind hole of mechanical impurity cleaning effect is still not very ideal, and the high cost is a problem of organic cleaning agents, are made as poisonous gases, environmental pollution and damage to the environment.
In the ninety s, the international compressor parts cleaning using water-soluble cleaner, gradually replace trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, etc to the environment pollution of organic solvent cleaner.Water soluble detergent is neutral or alkaline, although less than organic solvent decontamination ability, but no peculiar smell, lower cost, avoid environmental contamination.Use detergent decontamination ability slightly bad, how to achieve higher cleanliness, it's about the structure of the cleaning method and cleaning machine more high demand.
