摘要油气弹簧是油气悬架的关键元件之一,其在汽车领域和航天领域应用广泛,目前,国内只有少量的单位能够完成油气弹簧的设计,产品的质量与国外还存在一定的差距,因此,油气弹簧的设计对挺高我国自主研发能力、打造名族品牌具有深远的战略意义。28954
本文概述了重型车辆油气悬架国内外研究现状。根据所给车辆相关性能要求,设计油气弹簧总体结构,并完成节流阀片厚度、缸体、连接体等各部分零件的设计。在建立三文模型的基础上,用ANAYS软件的fluent模块对限位装置进行流体分析,分析限位装置两端的压差,验证限位装置的强度是否满足要求,保证限位装置与节流阀片正常工作。建立简单、合理的油气弹簧数学模型。根据所给悬架资料,计算车轮运动参数,验证所设计油气弹簧是否满足指标要求。

Abstract
